Got it! Wilco (and Billy Bragg?) did it for the second Mermaid Avenue volume.

I was looking at Dust to Digital's website for info on the massive Goodbye, Babylon anthology and some much more recent version of this song stuck in my head but I haven't the faintest clue who's recording i've heard before - anyone have any ideas?
