List of Frivolous Political Parties

Arguably, this list could stand to be muchh longer, but apparently any party (such as the Constitution party in the US) with any legitimate elements to its party platform is not considered frivolous.

Synergetics

What appears to be a reasonable facsimile of the full text of Fuller's Synergetics.

Dymaxion Map (Fuller Projection)

Just got back from the excellent Buckminster Fuller retrospective at the Whitney. This is an .svg file of a Fuller projection.

If this thing does birth a small black hole and swallow up the earth, it might just have been worth it just for these pictures.

Hubble Ultra Deep Field

Full-resolution photo taken by the Hubble of a teeny-tiny segment of the sky, which is also of course huge beyond imagining. 11.3 days of exposure, et voila. Just over 100mb of space.

Coney Island Sideshow Has Guantánamo Theme

Wow. I might have to go see this to get a real take on it, because after reading this short review, I'm very conflicted about it.

The XY Games

Talking about gender in the context of athletics, especially at this level, is a really good way to do it. Olympians *are* their bodies. But the dithering in the second half - "gender is in the heart" - lets the real life examples down.
