Aztec chocolate ice cream, Philadelphia style

Aztec chocolate ice cream, Philadelphia style

Is basically chocolate ice cream but with cinnamon and chili powder mixed in. This was a powerful concoction. The chocolate and milk sort of canceled out the chili afterburn, so I had to keep eating it so my mouth wouldn't fall off. Awesome, but more Moriah's brand of awesome.
Philadelphia style means that we didn't add something to the mix, so it stayed a little fluffier. Cream? Milk? Eggs? Something.

Blackberry Lemon Sorbet

Blackberry Lemon Sorbet

Moriah may not be posting the recipe to this anywhere, but basically we made lemon sorbet and used blackberries instead of something (water?). And somewhere we maybe added too much lemon zest. The resulting sorbet was a bit like lemon sorbet but much much much sourer, which to my mind is fantastic.
I like sour things a whole lot (full disclosure: I have occasionally been known to eat lemons straight), but I could only handle about 2 or 3 spoonfuls of this before putting it back in the freezer.
