Northeast corner of Brooklyn. I was really into this simulacrum of a lawn but then felt immediately bad about it when the woman living here walked out and saw me with my camera.

Once, when I was driving through Austin at like 1 in the morning, I saw a Genie/Cherrypicker rental place sort of just like this, with all the machines' arms extended, and I sort of couldn't get over how beautiful that was. I didn't manage to take a picture of that, and admittedly the effect is a little stronger in the middle of the night, floodlit, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a similar scene on our ride today.

Trav was totally down with our collective compulsion to photograph his truck. 10 seconds later he was waving to us.

You can only barely see it but the security car behind the signs on the fence was also pretty beat up.
