I'm in the midst of unpacking and repacking and repainting and etc, so this is just a taste of the upcoming massive photo onslaught from my trip to Scandanavia. Spotted in a shop window in Copenhagen.

Once you get far enough away from the maps - or are looking at them as thumbnails, you can't even really tell how they were made.

Mo' Problems = Mo' Money. Apart from an auction running on eBay right now, this seems to be the only image of any size of this set of currency.

This came up on the ol' shuffling iPod today. I'm not sure what about this song is so good - probably the barely-there piano beneath the give 'em hell voice. A mixtape and erstwhile radio show staple.

Its amazing that it took 2 and a half years to only run through the first 100. I mean, who the hell cared back then, but still. Were these prohibitively expensive back then, or just next to useless?

Great interface. Also every video I've skipped through to so far has been great. Not sure if there's a way to see a list of videos without registering, but it might be worth it. C. and R. Eames's Powers of Ten currently in the top ten. As it should be.

Greg Davis is a definite favorite of mine - Burlington, VT reprahzent! This song is mostly (looped?) guitar and some subtle programing thrown on top and drums beneath. Absolutely stunning. Off of Curling Pond Woods, which is easily one of my favorites.

The photo accompanying this article is like a bar graph of how uncomfortable I am with any of these men winning the presidency. Plotted in the background is how much of an old white man each candidate is as well. Which makes for some interesting math.

I imagine there's a very real chance that I will obsessively reload this page every 5 minutes for the rest of my life.

Nicely executed. Adding a large image (seem mostly to be film stills?) makes the idea of the mp3blog much more interesting to me.

Further evidence that CNN is no longer capable of or interested in reporting on actual news of any importance. I'm not convinced it's a bad thing. Maybe the funniest part of this link is the url.
